Me staying home with the kids means...
they eat breakfast much, much later than they’re used to…
We had chorizo con huevo with frijoles refritos. sorry no pics
Also, for the more americanized members of the family that totally yuck on chorizo, I made a spinach scramble sprinkled with feta and chile de arbol. My breakfasts may be late (which actually make them brunches) but everyone has happy bellies.
