Why???
I just want to crawl into bed.
Two things I’m looking forward to during the next couple hours. Wearing new running gear I got for Xmas and finishing the run.

Update on action items! I found a tattoo parlor and have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon! Barely squeezing in a bucket list item for 2011!
Also, went and purchased new eyeglasses for 2012. (exciting for me)
Oh and I got a free bottle of some delicious Sangiovese Reserve.

and i was entirely unimpressed, turned off, but really I got spooked.
WTF?
Is this what I should expect, gigantor receptionists with a crazy gauge in his lip and chics that have a hard time making eye contact? Is “Grimy” a normal adjective when describing a tattoo shop?
Needless to say, I didn’t get my tattoo. I failed on my objective. I...
Tattoo less body
I have zero tattoos on me and 2011 is almost gone. I promised myself I’d get one this year. Action item while on vacation and before end of year…get a tattoo.
I’m done trying to think up something that will be relevant to my heart now and in 30 years. I thought about just getting a “26.2” on my shoulder blade, so I’ll just talk it through with my tattoo...
And today, I washed my car
Probably the third time it’s been washed this year. Smh
In other news, I made chicken tacos w salsa de molcajete, crema and queso fresco. And tomorrow I’m making pozole. But before that, a little 3 mile run is in order. :)

Time to take everything down. Ornaments, stockings and nutcrackers will be stored for another year.

Running thru vineyards
Today’s run starts at the college in Suisun/Green Valley. We’ll run past Larry’s produce where people buy their Christmas trees and further up we’ll run into Wooden Valley Winery. Beautiful place. Pretty area. Perfect day for a run, I’m pretty juiced to run 7miles in 1 hour. I’m working on improving my time. I hope to eventually get to 9min miles or less....
